Is there a free trial?
Yes. Sign up free with no card and set everything up: connect inboxes, import contacts, and build your sequences. Your 7-day free trial starts when you launch a campaign or start warmup. That step needs a card on file, and you get your full plan limits during the trial. You’re charged on day 7 unless you cancel first. One trial per card.
Do you charge for contacts?
No. Upload as many contacts as you like. Plans are priced only on how many emails you send each month.
Is LinkedIn included in the plan price?
Yes. Starter includes 1 LinkedIn sender, Growth includes 2, and Scale includes 5. Each extra LinkedIn account is $29/month.
What if I need more volume?
On monthly plans, emails over your plan limit are billed per email: $0.006 on Starter, $0.004 on Growth, and $0.0025 on Scale. You can also move up a plan at any time.
What are credits?
Email validation and inbox placement tests run on credits from your plan balance: 1 credit per validated email and 5 credits per placement test seed.
Do I have to buy inboxes from SuperSend?
