Welcome to Supersend.io! Our service allows you to streamline your cold email and LinkedIn automation processes. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscriptions and Payments

All SuperSend plans are paid subscriptions that begin as soon as you sign up and provide valid payment information. Your payment method will be charged the subscription fee for the plan you select at sign-up, and the subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan). You agree to keep your payment information current and to pay all applicable charges when due. If a payment attempt fails, we may suspend access to your account until payment is successfully processed.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. However, there are no refunds for partial billing periods.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use Supersend.io in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not for any unlawful activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Send unsolicited or spam communications in violation of applicable laws.
• Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the service.
• Use the service to infringe on third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

Supersend.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided. However, exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for cases such as system errors or unauthorized charges. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the service, including but not limited to software, designs, trademarks, and content, are owned by Supersend.io. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Supersend.io provides the service "as-is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Changes to Services

Supersend.io reserves the right to modify or discontinue any features of the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of the service.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through our service. Your continued use of Supersend.io after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Account Termination

Supersend.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, disrupt the service, or engage in prohibited activities. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of subscriptions.

13. Fair Use Policy

To maintain high deliverability and platform performance for all users, Supersend applies a Fair Use Policy to features labeled as “unlimited,” including unlimited email inbox connections and continuous inbox warmup.

We do not impose arbitrary time limits on warmup or cap how many inboxes you can connect. However, accounts found to be:

• Connecting large volumes of inboxes solely for warmup, without any outbound activity
• Adding inboxes tied to blacklisted or spam-heavy domains
• Attempting to exploit warmup features without using the service for legitimate cold outreach

may be flagged for abuse and subject to review. In such cases, we may take appropriate action, including pausing warmup, disabling specific inboxes, or suspending the account if necessary.

This policy exists to ensure fair usage across the platform and to protect inbox health and infrastructure quality for all customers.
