Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of SuperSend services by Power Only Transit Inc. dba SuperSend ("SuperSend," "we," "us," or "our") customers. It supplements our Terms of Service and describes prohibited activities, enforcement actions, and your responsibilities when sending email through our platform or connected infrastructure.
1. Purpose
SuperSend provides sequencing and operated sending infrastructure for legitimate B2B outbound. Because we operate dedicated pipes at scale, we enforce strict standards to protect recipients, mailbox providers, and the reputation of all customers on our platform.
Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, in addition to remedies available under our Terms of Service.
2. Permitted use
You may use SuperSend only for:
- •B2B cold outreach to business contacts where you have a lawful basis to contact them under applicable law (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, CASL, and similar regulations).
- •Messages that clearly identify the sender and include a working opt-out mechanism on every commercial email.
- •List sources you can document: prior relationship, legitimate interest with appropriate balancing, explicit consent, or other lawful basis as required in the recipient's jurisdiction.
See our Email Sending Policy for operational expectations on permission, unsubscribe handling, and complaint management.
3. Prohibited activities
You must not use SuperSend to:
- •Send spam, bulk unsolicited email to consumers, or email to purchased, scraped, or rented lists without a documented lawful basis.
- •Send phishing, malware, ransomware, or deceptive content — including impersonation of another person or organization.
- •Snowshoe sending, domain rotation designed to evade filters, or other techniques intended to hide abusive traffic.
- •Harvest email addresses, probe mailboxes, or send to spam traps, honeypots, or known bad addresses.
- •Send content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or promotes violence.
- •Circumvent rate limits, warmup safeguards, validation requirements, or account suspensions.
- •Connect blacklisted, compromised, or abusive third-party inboxes to the platform.
- •Process special-category personal data under GDPR Article 9 (health, biometric, children's data, etc.) or payment card PANs through the Service.
4. Enforcement
SuperSend monitors sending behavior across our infrastructure, including complaint rates, hard bounces, feedback-loop signals, spam-trap hits, and DNSBL listings. We investigate abuse reports received at sendingabuse@supersend.io.
When we identify a violation, we may:
- •Pause or throttle sending immediately.
- •Suspend or terminate the account without refund.
- •Block associated domains, IPs, and sending identities from our infrastructure.
- •Cooperate with mailbox providers, blocklist operators, and law enforcement.
Enterprise accounts are subject to the same abuse standards. Additional deliverability oversight does not exempt customers from this AUP.
5. Abuse investigations
We retain message metadata, sending logs, and abuse-related correspondence as needed to investigate complaints and defend infrastructure reputation. Retention periods are described in our Data Retention Policy.
To report abuse, visit supersend.io/abuse. Mailbox providers and blocklist operators should use supersend.io/postmaster.
6. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- •Ensuring all contacts in your campaigns meet applicable legal requirements.
- •Honoring unsubscribe requests promptly and maintaining suppression lists.
- •Configuring accurate sender identity, physical address (where required), and reply handling.
- •Activity under all users and API keys on your account.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
