SuperSend operates dedicated sending infrastructure for B2B outbound. We take abuse seriously, investigate every credible report, and suspend accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy. If you received unwanted, deceptive, or harmful email sent through our platform, use the contacts below.
How to report
Email sendingabuse@supersend.io with as much of the following as you can provide:
- •Full message headers (not just the visible From address)
- •Sending IP address and sending domain, if visible in headers
- •Date and time you received the message (with timezone)
- •Complaint type: spam, phishing, malware, harassment, impersonation, or other
- •Your relationship to the recipient address (e.g., mailbox owner, IT admin, ESP operator)
Incomplete reports slow investigation. Headers are the fastest way for us to identify the sending account and take action.
Response commitments
We acknowledge credible abuse reports within one business day.
We investigate and take enforcement action — including suspension — within three business days for verified violations.
Urgent phishing or malware reports are prioritized. Complex cases involving multiple domains or upstream providers may take longer; we will keep you updated.
What we enforce
SuperSend customers must send permission-based B2B outbound only. We prohibit spam, purchased lists without a lawful basis, phishing, malware distribution, snowshoeing, and other abusive sending patterns described in our Acceptable Use Policy.
We monitor complaint rates, hard bounces, feedback loops, and blocklist signals across our infrastructure. Accounts that violate policy are suspended without refund. We cooperate with mailbox providers, blocklist operators, and law enforcement when required.
