Response SLAs
- •Abuse reports: acknowledged within 24 hours; enforcement action within 72 hours for verified violations.
- •Deliverability escalations: acknowledged within one business day; we prioritize active reputation or blocklist events.
What to include in escalations
For fastest resolution, include:
- •Affected IP addresses, domains, and message samples with full headers
- •Blocklist name and listing URL, if applicable
- •Complaint volume, time window, and whether traffic is ongoing
- •Your organization and preferred reply address
Enforcement & monitoring
SuperSend monitors complaint rates, hard bounces, feedback-loop signals, and DNSBL listings across customer sending infrastructure. Accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy are suspended without refund. We cooperate with mailbox providers and blocklist operators on remediation.
Enterprise customers receive additional deliverability oversight. Self-serve accounts are subject to the same abuse standards and automated enforcement thresholds.
Infrastructure transparency
SuperSend provisions dedicated sending infrastructure for high-volume B2B outbound. Customers may also connect existing infrastructure via API integrations. Upstream providers and subprocessors are listed in our Subprocessor Register.
