Every email, reply and LinkedIn touch from SuperSend is logged on the candidate or contact in Recruiterflow, and you can pull people from Recruiterflow straight into a campaign.
What it does
Notes on every touch
Emails sent, replies, interest changes, bounces, unsubscribes and LinkedIn actions are logged as notes on the matching person.
Import from Recruiterflow
Bring candidates or contacts into a campaign, filtered by job, stage, tag or how recently they were added.
Unsubscribes respected
When someone unsubscribes, SuperSend marks them “do not email” in Recruiterflow.
You choose what’s logged
Switch each type of event on or off in the Recruiterflow settings for your team.
Set up in 3 steps

Copy your API key. Get your API key from Recruiterflow.

Connect in SuperSend. Paste the key in Settings → Integrations → Recruiterflow. SuperSend checks it and shows your Recruiterflow account name.

Pick what to log. Choose which events become notes, then import people or let your campaigns run.
