HeyReach Alternatives: 7 Tools Compared on Seats and Email

Seven HeyReach alternatives compared on LinkedIn seats, email in the same sequence, warmup, and inbox, with prices from each tool's own site.

If you run LinkedIn outreach in HeyReach and have started sending cold email as well, you are running two sequences with two contact records, and somebody on your team is reconciling replies between them by hand. That is the problem a HeyReach alternative has to solve for a founder or a small sales team, and it is a different problem from the one agencies have. A reply on either channel should end the sequence on both channels. Email and LinkedIn belong in one sequence with one contact record, not in two tools joined by an export. HeyReach's own route to multichannel is a native integration with Instantly or Smartlead, which its site lists under "Multichannel outreach", so email lives in a second product and the stop signal has to cross an integration to get there.

This page compares seven alternatives on the things that decide whether that stop signal works: what you pay per LinkedIn sender, whether email steps sit in the same sequence, whether warmup and deliverability checks are included, and where replies land. Prices come from each tool's own site. Where a site does not state something, the page says so.

Who this comparison is for

The pages that rank for this search are mostly written for agencies managing ten or more client accounts. Sbl.so's list of HeyReach alternatives opens with agencies whose costs scale faster than their client roster, and Sparkle.io's list is aimed at outbound teams in general. This page is for a narrower reader: a founder or a sales team of one to six people who run their own outbound, use one to six LinkedIn profiles, and want cold email in the same motion. If you are an agency with 25 client senders, skip to the section on who should stay on HeyReach.

What HeyReach costs and where email lives

HeyReach's pricing page, read on October 2, 2026, lists three plans: Growth at $79 per month per sender on monthly billing, Agency at $999 per month for 25 senders, and Unlimited at $2,999 per month. HeyReach's site describes its agency offer as scaling LinkedIn outbound "for one fixed cost", and the fixed cost is the point: $999 for 25 senders works out well when you fill the seats and badly when you do not.

Email is not part of the product. HeyReach's site lists multichannel outreach as native integrations with Instantly and Smartlead, so a HeyReach customer who wants email steps buys a second subscription and connects the two. We-Connect's own HeyReach comparison page makes the same observation, calling HeyReach LinkedIn-only and the email tool "a separate tool and a separate subscription". Sparkle.io's comparison frames the moment to leave HeyReach as the moment "you need more reliable cold email workflows" or "you only use one or two LinkedIn accounts". Both describe the founder-sized buyer well.

What to judge an alternative on

The pricing unit. Sbl.so makes a point worth repeating: most comparisons quote a tool at $99 a month "without mentioning that's per account, not per workspace". Every tool below is priced per something. HeyReach bills per sender, Dripify per user with one LinkedIn account per seat, La Growth Machine per identity, Waalaxy per user, Skylead per seat, Expandi per account, and Sbl.so by its own SDR profiles rather than yours. Multiply before you compare.

Email steps in the same sequence. If a LinkedIn message and an email are separate campaigns in separate tools, a prospect who answers the email can still get the LinkedIn follow-up two days later. The fix is one contact record, not a Zapier recipe.

Deliverability in the plan. Warmup, SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, bounce monitoring and placement tests either come with the sending tool or you buy them separately. Several of the tools below include warmup; several do not mention it.

One inbox for both channels. Replies from six senders across two channels need to land in one place, with the interested ones findable.

What happens when the connection request is never accepted. A LinkedIn-first sequence stalls on prospects who never accept. The useful question is whether the sequence can branch to email for that contact instead of waiting forever.

Where it stops. The founder-sized case for leaving HeyReach is rarely about LinkedIn limits. It is about the second tool. If an alternative also treats email as an add-on or a separate plan, you have moved the seam, not removed it.

What six senders cost

The question a small team actually asks is not "what does it start at" but "what does it cost when we go from two profiles to six next quarter". At list price on monthly billing, before any annual or volume discount the pricing pages may offer:

  • HeyReach Growth: $79 per sender, so six senders is $474 a month. HeyReach's Agency plan at $999 does not pay off until you are well past six.
  • Dripify Pro: $79 per user with one LinkedIn account per seat, so six seats is $474 a month, or $354 on annual billing.
  • Expandi Business: $99 per account, so six accounts is $594 a month at list. Expandi's FAQ says multiple accounts "may qualify for further discounts", quoted over live chat rather than on the page.
  • Skylead All-in-one: $100 per seat, so six seats is $600 a month.
  • Waalaxy Advanced: €49 per user, so six users is €294 a month, and the inbox is a separate add-on on top.
  • La Growth Machine Pro: €120 per identity, so six identities running campaigns is €720 a month.
  • Sbl.so: not priced by your senders at all, since outreach runs from its own SDR profiles. Its homepage does not list a plan price.
  • SuperSend Growth: $99 a month includes two LinkedIn senders and 50,000 emails; four extra senders at $29 each is $116, so six senders is $215 a month. That is $259 a month less than six senders on HeyReach Growth, and the email volume is in the price rather than in a second tool. Scale with six senders is $319 plus $29, or $348 a month, with 200,000 emails.

Two things the table hides. First, Dripify's Basic plan caps you at one campaign and a light daily quota (20 connection requests and 30 messages a day on its pricing page), so the realistic Dripify comparison is Pro, not Basic. Second, La Growth Machine bills per identity, which its pricing page defines as a profile running campaigns; you do not need an identity to answer replies, so a team of six with four profiles sending pays for four.

Dripify

Dripify is the simplest tool on this list, and its pricing page says so plainly: Basic is "for solo sellers starting out with one campaign", Pro is where "unlimited drip campaigns" and "full daily quotas" arrive, and Advanced adds multi-team management, advanced LinkedIn protection, lead tagging, A/B testing and evergreen leads. Each seat connects one LinkedIn account; a team of five reps needs five seats.

The thing most lists get wrong about Dripify is email. Its pricing page states that every paid plan runs "LinkedIn and email in the same sequence": you connect your email inbox, find and verify prospect emails with the built-in finder (100 credits included, more from $29 for 1,000), and add email steps next to connection requests and messages. That is a real answer to the two-tool problem at a low seat price. What Dripify's pricing page does not mention is email warmup or any deliverability tooling beyond the verifier, so your domains' health is your own job. The dedicated inbox is a Pro feature, not a Basic one. Seven-day trial, no credit card.

Best fit: one to three people who want LinkedIn first with light email follow-ups and who already have warmed inboxes.

La Growth Machine

La Growth Machine's pricing page prices by identity, defined as a profile that engages leads automatically, with LinkedIn and email on Basic (€60 per identity per month, 250 leads enriched, one sending email per identity, up to three identities), calls added on Pro (€120, 400 leads enriched, five sending emails per identity with rotating inbox, six active campaigns), and X plus HubSpot and Pipedrive sync on Ultimate (1,000 leads enriched, ten sending emails per identity, unlimited campaigns). Agency plans start at six identities and Custom plans from €150 with a six-month commitment, both by sales. The pricing page shows Ultimate at the same €120 per identity figure as Pro, with the difference in caps rather than price.

The multichannel inbox and A/B testing start on Pro, and its feature list includes "Multichannel Reply Checks" and exit actions, which is the mechanism you want when a LinkedIn reply should stop an email step. The same list has a condition for "If Connection Request has NOT been accepted", so a stalled connection can branch to another action. The pricing page lists waterfall email enrichment across nine providers on every plan and a 27M company database. Its homepage says it has been "safely automating LinkedIn since 2017". It does not mention email warmup; inbox rotation is the deliverability feature it names. Fourteen-day trial.

Best fit: a team that wants enrichment and sequencing in one place and is willing to pay per identity for it.

Waalaxy

Waalaxy is the budget end of LinkedIn automation. Its pricing page lists Pro at €19 per user per month with 300 invitations a month, Advanced at €49 with 800 invitations and API access, and Business at €69 with 800 invitations, cold email sequences, multichannel LinkedIn and email campaigns, and 500 email finder credits. All three plans have unlimited campaigns, pre-built sequences, CRM sync and smart reply detection. Yearly billing is listed at 50 percent off.

The catches are specific. Email steps only exist on Business, so the two cheaper plans are LinkedIn-only like HeyReach. The LinkedIn Inbox is a paid add-on on every plan; Waalaxy's pricing page gives 500 free conversations and does not list the add-on's price. Nothing on the pricing page mentions email warmup or deliverability checks. Waalaxy's homepage positions it for people with "no complex setup, no database, no heavy workflows", which matches a founder doing their first 800 invitations a month and does not match a six-person team running two channels.

Best fit: a single founder who wants LinkedIn automation at the lowest list price and does not need email yet.

Skylead

Skylead's pricing page has one main plan, All-in-one at $100 per seat per month, and it bundles more into that seat than most: unlimited email accounts, 100,000 emails a month, social automation, "infinite email warm-up", an email finder and verifier, smart sequences, a Smart Inbox, image and GIF personalization, and API access. Account-based prospecting and a B2B database are included; AI data enrichment and an AI SDR are add-ons. Its Agency plans mirror HeyReach's shape almost exactly: $999 a month for 25 seats or $1,999 for unlimited seats as a first-year promotion, with an agency dashboard, a unibox across clients, and a white-label option. Annual billing is ten months for twelve. Seven-day trial.

Skylead's homepage leads with LinkedIn automation and cold email software in one sentence, and the plan matches: LinkedIn and email in the same seat, warmup included, one inbox. The cost is the per-seat price, which is among the highest per LinkedIn sender on this list for a small team, and the AI SDR that Skylead announced in July 2026 is an add-on rather than part of the seat.

Best fit: a team of two to four that wants warmup, finder and LinkedIn in one seat and will use the email volume.

Expandi

Expandi appears near the top of both the Sbl.so and Sparkle.io lists of HeyReach alternatives, and Sparkle.io calls it "the first tool I would compare against HeyReach" for LinkedIn-centric teams. Expandi's pricing page has one plan, Business, at $99 per month or $79 on annual billing, which it describes as "better suited for small sales teams". Expandi's FAQ confirms the unit: 99 USD "per account per month", one base plan with all features, and a seven-day trial that is not charged until the seven days are up. An Agency tier for ten or more seats is custom-priced through sales and adds roles and permissions, client reports, and the option to run Expandi under your own brand.

The plan is cloud-based with a dedicated country-based IP address and what Expandi calls Profile Auto Warm-up, which its pricing page defines as starting the LinkedIn account slowly and raising limits over time. That is LinkedIn account warmup, not email warmup; the page does not mention email deliverability. Multichannel is in the plan: the pricing page says you can send "connection requests, messages, and email follow-ups in just one sequence", with an If/Action sequence builder for branching on what the prospect does. Image and GIF personalization costs extra, and video personalization is a paid add-on through Senspark. The page mentions tags and notes on conversations but does not describe a unified inbox across accounts.

Best fit: a LinkedIn-first team that wants the dedicated IP and limit controls, with email as a follow-up step rather than a full cold email motion.

Sbl.so

Sbl.so is a different shape from everything else here, and it wrote the top-ranking list of HeyReach alternatives, so you will meet it early in this search. Its homepage describes an autonomous AI SDR: you define your ICP, Sbl.so builds a lead list from LinkedIn intent signals, the AI runs outreach and continues the conversation after a reply, and meetings land on your calendar. Outreach does not run from your LinkedIn account. It runs from Sbl.so's own managed sender profiles, "unlimited SDR profiles included", pre-warmed and rotated automatically, with the homepage stating a pace of 75 requests and 200 messages per profile per day.

A unified inbox, a built-in CRM with calendar booking, and unlimited workspaces are listed. Email is named among the channels the AI can handle alongside LinkedIn, WhatsApp and phone, but the homepage does not describe connecting your own mailboxes, email steps you write, or email warmup. Sbl.so's homepage does not list plan prices; it shows a 20 percent discount on the first three months and a seven-day free trial with no credit card.

Best fit: a founder who wants outreach to run from profiles other than their own and is comfortable handing replies to an AI. Not the fit if you want the sequence to go out under your own name and from your own domain.

SuperSend

SuperSend is built for the reader this page describes: a founder or a small team that runs cold email and LinkedIn as one motion. A sequence holds both kinds of steps, every prospect is one contact record, and a reply on either channel stops the sequence on both. That is the belief this page opened with, built as a product rather than an integration. If a LinkedIn connection request is never accepted, a "wait until connected" step can fall back to an email follow-up, so the contact does not sit in limbo. Daily LinkedIn action limits are set by you per connected account and paced through working hours rather than fired in a burst.

The deliverability work sits next to the campaign rather than in another tab: warmup runs on each mailbox, SPF, DKIM and DMARC are checked, bounces are monitored with a guard that pauses a campaign hurting the domain, and placement tests run against seed inboxes. Replies from every sender and both channels land in one inbox, labeled by AI, with interested replies on top, which is the metric that matters once the sequence ends. You can connect the Google or Outlook inboxes you already have, or buy domains and mailboxes inside SuperSend.

Contacts are unlimited; plans are set by monthly email volume. Starter is $59 a month for 15,000 emails and one LinkedIn sender, Growth is $99 a month for 50,000 emails and two LinkedIn senders, and Scale is $319 a month for 200,000 emails and five LinkedIn senders. Yearly billing is about 15 percent off, and extra LinkedIn senders are $29 a month each. Agencies sending at volume run Scale with inbox add-ons. You can set up an account free with no card; the seven-day trial, with a card on file, starts when you launch a campaign or turn on warmup.

Where it does not fit: a team that needs calls, SMS or WhatsApp in the sequence, or an agency with 25 client senders, is better served by the tools above.

Who should stay on HeyReach

HeyReach's Agency plan is $999 a month for 25 senders, and its site frames the agency offer as one fixed cost. For an agency that actually runs 20 to 25 client profiles, that per-sender cost is lower than any per-seat price in the table, and HeyReach's own review of Dripify describes an inbox that lets you reply on behalf of others with filters and tags, which is the agency workflow. Sbl.so's list of HeyReach alternatives reaches the same place in its recommendations by agency size. If you manage ten or more LinkedIn seats, run email in Instantly or Smartlead already, and have a person whose job is the inbox, the native integration HeyReach lists is a working setup and the switch is not worth the migration.

The case for leaving is the other situation: one to six senders, email you want in the same sequence, and nobody whose job is reconciling two tools.

The pick

For a founder or a small team moving off HeyReach because email has become half the motion, SuperSend is the pick: one sequence across both channels, warmup and placement checks beside the send button, one inbox, and $215 a month for six senders with 50,000 emails against $474 for six senders on HeyReach Growth before any email tool. If you need calls in the sequence, La Growth Machine's Pro plan adds them alongside LinkedIn and email. If LinkedIn stays primary and email is a light follow-up, Dripify's Pro plan is the cheapest way to get both in one sequence. If you would rather outreach never touch your own profile, Sbl.so sends from its own. If you are an agency at ten or more client seats, stay on HeyReach or look at Skylead's Agency plan, which has the same shape.

Sparkle.io's list also covers lemlist, Reply.io, Apollo and Clay; those are not compared here.

FAQ

What does HeyReach cost? HeyReach's pricing page, read on October 2, 2026, lists Growth at $79 per month per sender on monthly billing, Agency at $999 per month for 25 senders, and Unlimited at $2,999 per month.

Does HeyReach do email? Not natively. HeyReach's site lists multichannel outreach as native integrations with Instantly and Smartlead, so email steps run in one of those tools.

Is there a free HeyReach alternative? None of the tools compared here lists a free plan on its site. Dripify, Skylead, Expandi and Sbl.so list seven-day trials; La Growth Machine and Waalaxy list 14-day trials. Waalaxy's LinkedIn Inbox add-on comes with 500 free conversations. SuperSend lets you set up an account free with no card, and its seven-day trial starts when you launch a campaign or turn on warmup.

Which HeyReach alternatives run LinkedIn and email in the same sequence? Dripify on every paid plan, La Growth Machine on every plan, Waalaxy only on Business, Skylead on All-in-one, Expandi on its Business plan, and SuperSend on every plan. Sbl.so's homepage names email among the channels its AI handles but does not describe email steps sent from your own mailboxes.

Which alternatives include email warmup? Skylead lists infinite email warm-up. SuperSend includes warmup, authentication checks, bounce monitoring and placement tests. Expandi's Profile Auto Warm-up is for the LinkedIn account, not email. Dripify's, La Growth Machine's, Waalaxy's and Sbl.so's pages do not mention email warmup.

Can one seat run several LinkedIn accounts? Not on Dripify, whose pricing page states each seat connects one LinkedIn account, and not on Expandi, whose FAQ prices per account. HeyReach prices per sender and Skylead per seat. La Growth Machine prices per identity, meaning a profile that runs campaigns. Sbl.so includes unlimited sender profiles because they are its own, not yours. SuperSend includes one, two or five LinkedIn senders on Starter, Growth and Scale, and more at $29 a month each.

What daily LinkedIn limits do these tools apply? Dripify's pricing page lists 20 connection requests and 30 messages a day on Basic and 75 requests and 100 or more messages on Pro and Advanced. Waalaxy caps invitations at 300 a month on Pro and 800 on Advanced and Business. Expandi's site advertises up to 300 or more connection requests a week and lets you set daily limit ranges it will not exceed. Sbl.so's homepage states 75 requests and 200 messages per profile per day. La Growth Machine's and Skylead's pricing pages do not state numeric daily LinkedIn caps. SuperSend's daily limits are set by you per connected LinkedIn account and paced through working hours.

We are going from two LinkedIn profiles to six. What changes? Mostly the bill, and whether the inbox keeps up. At list price, six senders is $474 a month on HeyReach Growth or Dripify Pro, $594 on Expandi, $600 on Skylead, €294 on Waalaxy Advanced (inbox add-on extra), €720 on La Growth Machine Pro, and $215 on SuperSend Growth with 50,000 emails included. Check whether replies from all six land in one inbox and whether an email reply stops the LinkedIn steps for that contact; that second question is the one that costs you prospects.

Run both channels from one sequence

If your HeyReach campaigns already have an email tool bolted on, the fastest way to find out whether one sequence changes anything is to move one campaign and watch what happens to the replies. Setup is free with no card: create your SuperSend account, and see the plans and LinkedIn sender counts on the pricing page.
