What SPF does
SPF (Sender Policy Framework) is a TXT record that lists the servers allowed to send email for your domain. Receivers check it on every message, and mail from servers that aren’t listed is more likely to land in spam.
Every service that sends as your domain needs to be in the one record: your inbox provider, plus any newsletter, help desk or transactional email tools. Each include costs DNS lookups, and receivers stop at 10.

Pick your senders. Tick every service that sends as your domain, or paste your current record to edit it.

Add or replace the TXT record. At your DNS provider, put the value in a TXT record at @ (the domain itself). Keep only one SPF record.

Questions about SPF
Should I use ~all or -all?
Start with ~all (soft fail). It marks mail from unlisted servers as suspicious without rejecting it. Switch to -all once you’re sure every service you use is listed. DMARC does most of the enforcing either way.
Can I have two SPF records?
No. With two, SPF fails for all of your mail. Paste your current record into the generator, add the new service, and replace the old record with the result.
What is the 10 DNS lookup limit?
Each include, a, mx and redirect makes the receiver look up more DNS records, and includes can contain their own includes. Receivers stop after 10, and SPF fails. The generator counts the real total, including nested lookups.
Do I need to add my cold email tool to SPF?
Only if it sends from its own servers. If you connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes to a tool like SuperSend, mail goes out through Google or Microsoft, so their include already covers it.
My service isn’t in the list. What do I add?
Look for "SPF" in that service’s help docs. It will give you an include (add it under Other includes) or IP addresses (add them under Your own server IPs).
